About Richard Cookesley - Real Estate Agent

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. He was a pioneer in the establishment of Melbourne’s off the plan apartment sales market and has made over 2,500 sales.

His background includes leadership roles with a number of Melbourne’s prominent developers, and was Managing Director of LJ Hooker Melbourne Project Marketing.

As Director of Gross Waddell Residential, Richard with the experience of his dedicated team, focus firstly on local sales to a diverse market. The team then turns its focus to developing and coordinating external sales groups - including local agents, specific project sales teams and channel sales, to ensure a successful sell down of the project.

He has built an extensive offshore sales network particularly in Southern China, Singapore and Malaysia.
