Growing up in the West Lakes area and attending Underdale High School, Rick Schultz knows the Western Suburbs! Commencing his career in retail and transitioning into sales Rick has learnt the importance of customer service and putting people first. 

Rick and his wife have been buying, renovating and renting out properties since 2016. In 2017, he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate after dealing with many "unprofessional" agents.

Rick felt with his experience in customer service, he could do better. 'You need to be real with people, there are too many fake people out there!'

Since then, Rick has worked alongside the best in the industry and has now found his home at Ray White Port Adelaide. Rick understands that a person's property is usually the most important asset they own and it can be a very stressful time selling.

Through knowledge, skills and having a great understanding with people, Rick feels confident that he can get the job done for them successfully. And with the added bonus of experience in renovating, he brings tips to clients who are either selling or buying to help maximise the sale. 

When Rick isn't working, he spends his time renovating, working out at Base Camp in Royal Park, jamming to music, spending time with his Parrot and he also loves to travel once a year.
