From their humble beginnings in an Epping home in 2003, Kaan, Mills, Fusun and Melodi Ristic quickly established themselves as a down to earth, ethical and highly regarded family business in the area.

Now operating from a super office located at Shops 2 and 6, 772-780 High Street, Epping, with a dedicated and dynamic team, the Ristic’s pride themselves on providing a superior work environment and culture.

Having previously traded under two major franchise groups and establishing themselves as a market leader in the Northern Suburbs, The Ristic’s decision to become an independent “boutique” agency was natural.

“We recognise that most of our business is coming from our past clients, who we value and put ahead of our own interests” says Kaan Ristic, business owner and licensed estate agent.

“It was natural for us to recognise the need to continue servicing our clients and raising the bar.
