Rob is head of the highly successful Project Planning and Marketing department at LJ Hooker Darwin and Palmerston.

Work with developers to ensure that the property that is being proposed has a place in the market, and to determine what the market may be prepared to pay for that property.

This process assists in increasing the efficiency of the marketing period and reduces the time on market for off the plan stock Marketing

Using his experience in the field, Rob is able to construct fully comprehensive marketing campaigns across all media types and regularly delivers those campaigns under budget.

His understanding of buyer behaviour and electronic media enables him to target a specific buyer type to quickly advance the marketing process.

Robs network includes a number of small to large financiers and equity firms looking to invest in development projects.
