About Rob Rowe - Real Estate Agent
Rob is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with registration in QLD and the ACT and has worked in the property and finance industry for over 20 years.
Rob joined Lendlease in August 2020 after relocating from Queensland to take over as Sales Manager for ‘The Aerie’ at Narrabundah. Rob is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with registration in QLD and the ACT and has worked in the property and finance industry for over 20 years.
After moving to Australia from England, Rob joined a Property Investment & Finance Company where his experience & ability to engage with stakeholders and clients, saw him rise quickly to the position of Senior Consultant and then General Manager.
Although Rob has worked mainly with investors in the past, he recognises the same key responsibilities in his role as a sales manager, now working with clients considering a move to their next home in Retirement Living. He understands that moving to a Retirement Village in later years can pose not only the physical challenges of moving but also in some instances the emotional challenge of leaving the long-term family home. His belief is that authentic connections, effective communication & empathy are all major attributes that are required if one is to understand the client’s needs, desires, challenges & expectations as they embark on their move into their new home. These are all qualities that Rob possesses and are reflected in the accolades and thanks that he has received from his many satisfied clients.
This belief and dedication to his role, has seen Rob sell out the entire village at The Aerie and is now transitioning to our new ‘Gold Creek’ extension to ‘The Grove’ at Ngunnawal.
Rob and his wife shared a passion for competitive Ballroom Dancing for many years and represented Australia at 3 World Championships before retiring. They now enjoy passing on their knowledge and experience of Dance through teaching at a local dance studio. This has afforded them many new and interesting friendships and an extremely busy social life in and outside of the Studio.
