Rock Property is a company with a wealth of experience in property investments in both Tasmania and Queensland.

The seeds of Rock Property were sown a generation ago in the family businesses of our directors. These businesses came together in 2003 and formed a partnership to build a portfolio of residential properties. Sure, they made some mistakes, that’s how they know what works and what doesn’t. And that’s how they’ve come to understand the different aspects of what our clients need to succeed at property investing - without the sleepless nights.

Our staff are also fellow investors. We strongly believe it’s only after proving your success time and again that you can talk with authority on property investment and rental management. But we don’t simply let our track record speak for itself, we actively encourage clients to talk to us about what we do and how we do it.
