Ross Heidtmann is the second oldest child of Monica, the Principal of the Penrith Professionals.

Ross started with the firm in 1997, working briefly in Property Management before crossing over into the Sales team. In 1999, Ross moved up to Central Queensland still working in the real estate industry working for a local firm, CD Adams Real Estate as a commission only based sales consultant and eventually headed a sales team of 6 people to successfully becoming the number one agency in the town for many years. 

Knowing only one person in town when he first moved there, Ross soon became very well respected in the community with his enthusiastic, friendly demenour towards his clients and his straight-up honest hard working approach saw him become one of the most successful and leading agents in the town.

In 2014, fter 16 years away, Ross made the big decision to move back to the Penrith area with his wife Jacquie & their four children Lincoln, Isabelle, Lucas & Sophie to be closer to his family and once again rejoin the family business at the Penrith Professionals. Ross was born and raised in Penrith attending St Nicholas Catholic Primary, St Dominics College and John Paul II Marayong, and played many years of rugby league in the district.

Ross currently resides in Emu Heights with his wife and children. 

The family business has been operating successfully for over 50 years, still located at the same site at 253 High Street, Penrith; when it comes to Real Estate and the Heidtmann family, it's just in their blood; they truly understand it and love it! Ross says “ It’s great to be back in the Penrith district living & working with family & friends again and honestly after the first day it never felt like I had ever left and I look forward to working with the people of this great community once again".
