Ryan came to Newcastle to study Environmental Science at University and basically never left. This led him to a 15+ year career in the environmental services industry, such as environmental consulting and hazardous waste treatment. He started, operated and sold a number of successful businesses in this time. Through owning and operating businesses for this amount of time, he has the work ethic, energy, skill and dedication it takes to get results.

Ryan got into real estate for the simple reason that he has had a lifelong passion for property. And he came to the realisation that life is short, and he wanted work day to day in something he is genuinely passionate about. Another reason is that he knew the real estate process could be done better.

When Ryan is not helping people reach their property goals he likes nothing more than going to Dixon Park beach with his wife and kids and catching a few waves. He loves to travel, but more and more these days enjoys the simple things in life, such as BBQ’s with friends, and quick trips up the coast. He is also a Newcastle Jets tragic, and at the start of every season he thinks ‘this is our year’, only to find out it’s not. Maybe this year though!
