Born into a family firmly entrenched in real estate, Sam embarked on his career at John G. Crowder & Sons, which was founded by his late Grandfather in 1952. Arguably the most successful real estate agency in the region of its time, Sam credits his career foundations to working in a culture ‘determined in business and uncompromising in values, where honesty, hard work and integrity were paramount’. Having carried forward these principles to forge his own individual success after John G. Crowder & Sons was sold, Sam is proud to continue to set high industry standards, and has the unbeatable combination of experience, expertise and hunger to genuinely achieve the best outcome – not only for his vendors, but now in leading his own team.
