Starting her day at 5:30am with her three year-old son, Samantha optimises her day from sun up to sun down. A 6:30am gym session sets Samantha up for a productive day in the office, where her number one priority is to take a load off Chasse’s plate in whatever ways she can to ensure his day is as efficient as possible, with minimal admin.
Samantha looks after the calendar (both at work and at home) and often works on the fly, managing appointments, liaising with clients, following up contracts and drafting agreements among many daily tasks. Life at Presence, and the nature of Samantha’s work has provided her with the flexibility to both succeed in her career and have time to focus on what’s most important to her; her family.
Over the years, Samantha has watched Chasse grow and thrive in his role at Presence Real Estate, seeing first-hand the support and mentorship provided by the team. In Samantha’s words, “it was only a matter of time, and a natural progression that I would transition into the Presence tribe.”
Samantha’s motivation has always been the gratitude and excitement of her clients. Her approach towards settling a transaction is to not lose focus! Samantha believes that until the deal is completely done, it’s all systems go, refining the finer details of the transaction to give the client the best experience possible.
