Following two years as a Buyer’s Agent mentored by an award winning agent and time as a sales professional in the NSW Southern Highlands, licensed real estate agent Samantha Harper is now a valued member of the Belle Property Lane Cove team as Sales Associate to Patrick Lang. Samantha still looks back fondly on her first sale in Renwick of the Southern Highlands where she sold a home in three days for $80,000 above asking. Such is her perseverance that in a declining market she managed to achieve several outstanding results for her clients, providing a springboard to ongoing success.

People have told her she has a great level of empathy and connects to people at a deeper level. She is the very definition of a “high flyer” too, as the owner of Women in Adventure Sports, an international business empowering women's participation in adventure sports like skydiving, rock climbing and mountaineering. Her dream is to be able to provide more funding for new projects women can participate in.Samantha has completed over 500 skydives in her 10 years in the sport and has been involved in the development of some of the world’s biggest tourism adventure parks. From parachuting out of planes to diving into Australia’s most exciting property market – maybe not such a big leap!
