Since commencing his career in 2003, Sam has amassed an 85% plus repeat/ referred client base that has seen him sell in over 80+ different suburbs, while personally selling above 450+ properties. 

Through business management he’s overseen more than 1,300 transactions to date. While leading a group of highly competent salespeople at the same time. Some of Sam’s previous roles include Licensee, Group Sales Manager, trainer, and mentor.

Notably winning the REIWA Exceptional Sales Service Award 2016. Sam continues (2008 - 2020) to volunteer and support the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia by volunteering at “reiwa Information services” and is currently a “sales committee member “(2022- present).
