Aarthi and her husband Brock are the owners of Sandgate Real Estate. They have owned and operated this successful local business since 2011. Aarthi and Brock live in Shorncliffe with their two children. Being a local, Aarthi is proud of her intimate local knowledge and close connection to various community groups and activities in the area.

Brock has many years’ experience as an agent, and as a property manager. Brock is a very likeable character who responds to the issues and challenges of work in a friendly and professional manner. We have a large rent roll, which utilizes the latest information technology to assist in providing the highest standards of professionalism in managing your valuable investment. Brock treats every property as if it’s his own, and firmly believes that well maintained properties attract better tenants. Brock also has a zero tolerance on arrears and monitors the rent on a daily basis and by doing this endeavours to ensure that the owners are never financially disadvantaged.

Brock has formed and maintained harmonious working relationships with countless landlords and tenants. Together with Nikki Wellman, Rozelle Marquand & Cassie Stacey our property management team are highly efficient & skilled when dealing with your rental property.
