About Sarah Elphinstone - Real Estate Agent

Sarah started her real estate career in 2008 as a receptionist and by working hard and embracing every learning opportunity, was quickly moved into the Property Management Department. After a short break travelling and working interstate, Sarah returned to our beautiful North West Coast to settle down and start a family.

In 2011 due to her previous performance with other companies, the Harcourts Burnie Management team asked her to join them and take a key role in the Property Management department, working with the existing team streamlining the department and creating systems and procedures in what was really a fledgling business.

From there, Sarah has become an integral part of the core business which has seen her develop into not only a great Residential Property Portfolio Manager, but also the leading local Commercial Property Manager, culminating in wins as the Individual Property Portfolio Manager of the year at the Harcourts Tasmania State Awards three years running from 2011-2014 and also helping elevate the team to win Property Management Excellence and Business Development Awards.

In the last three years Sarah has also been rewarded for her dedication and hard work by winning consecutive Harcourts Tasmania State Awards for Business Development Manager for 2016-17 and 2017-18, all while juggling the challenges of a young family, at times even covering other roles while in a part time capacity.

Sarah has recently stepped into a role as Property Consultant, but will retain a close working relationship with the Property Management team and desire to create great outcomes and experiences for all her clients from the first meeting right through to settlement and beyond. With over 12 years of real estate experience, a wealth of knowledge of the local market and a fantastic understanding of the importance of strong client relations, Sarah is certain to continue her success as she progresses her passion for property into the sales space.
