I created Schultz Realty 8 years ago in December 2015 with the sole purpose of delivering the most outstanding selling experience possible. I treat properties as though they were my own and believe every client should experience an easy, enjoyable and positive experience which is what we try to achieve each and every time.

Being trusted with managing my client’s biggest asset is my passion and with my family living in the postcode 4207 my whole life, I love nothing more than selling where my personal connection has always been. I believe I am an excellent communicator who is highly organised, thrives on a positive attitude and outcomes and am a very loyal, honest person to whom personal integrity is paramount.

Over the past 13 years my husband and I have bought, renovated, styled and flipped multiple houses which has provided me with firsthand experience of buying, renovating and selling.

In the past year, I have sold in excess of 60-70 homes and am the No. 1 Agent in Mount Warren Park and Bahrs Scrub for both 2021, 2022 & 2023. I consistently sell houses above my Sellers’ expectations.
