I'm often asked why I have worked in Real Estate for so long, and what I like about it, and to be brutally honest it took me years to really have an answer to the question.The majority of my business is ‘referral’ from friends, and colleagues that I have helped purchase or sell property for over a very long period of time.When I look back and reflect, it’s now I realise that I do it because I love those relationships, building them over time, helping people who in turn have become good friends along the way.ouses come and go and stand the test of time, unfortunately we don’t, and making the most of the good times and experiences with the people of ‘all ages’ that I have met along the way is paramount, and what keeps a smile on my face each and every day.Having been a licensed Auctioneer & Agent for over 20 years I have been lucky enough to sell homes from $200,000.00 through to $7,300,000.00 which still stands as the highest price paid for a property in Canberra and surrounding regions.It’s fair to say that in conducting over 1500 Auctions I have seen many different homes across the Capital, all with their own unique attributes, and that again makes it so exciting!
