Scott Wells is a highly valued member of the Ray White Commercial Gold Coast team. Scott is a passionate sales agent with a specific focus on Industrial sales, residential land sales, hotels & office / retail. 

Having graduated from University with a Bachelor of Business degree, Scott underwent specialist law enforcement training and held various positions within his ten year tenure, before changing career paths to commercial real estate. 

Having learnt a high level of negotiating skills amongst other disciplines, Scott now focuses on strong outcomes with complete transparency, which assists in a smooth transaction. He is known for his outstanding communication, project management skills and honesty when dealing with his valued clients.
