About Shari Price - Real Estate Agent
Although I was born in Bundaberg I moved to Townsville straight after school so consider myself a local. I have owned property in Townsville since 1998 so have seen firsthand the changed in the local market. Having built a property portfolio with my husband means I have a keen interest in the real estate and asset management.
Now in my eleventh year of property management I have developed a keen sense of attention to detail, strong leadership skills and a comprehensive knowledge of legislation governing both tenants and landlords.
Property management is about building relationships, ensuring our client's investments are in safe hands. Educating owners and helping them to adapt to market conditions around rental prices and vacancy trends is one of the most important parts of my job.
Away from the office I love travelling and enjoy the outdoors, getting my stand up paddle board on the water whenever I can.
