Shivaun's background has always been customer service related. Originating from Ireland where she worked in the hospitality field, including running her own hotel and pub.

After arriving in Australia in 1999 she completed her real estate registration course while working in the hotel industry.

This career gained her invaluable experience in resolving problems & dealing with people from all walks of life.

Shivaun's experience proved invaluable when she moved into real estate sales in 2000 and then real estate administration & property management in 2005, handling the day to day tasks of property management, resolving issues, organising repairs, and dealing with owners, tenants & tradespeople.

Shivaun's friendly & focused approach combined with an eye for detail, contributes greatly to the efficient & professional operation of the property management department. She offers a strong hands-on leadership approach to running her property management portfolio.
