Growing up in north Brisbane over the past 20 plus years, Simon Brigden is defined by a dynamic blend of local knowledge and youthful energy.

He brings a complete and genuine authenticity and enthusiasm to his role, combined with a hunger to negotiate and achieve his clients’ goals and dreams.

Working within LJ Hooker Stafford, which has been in operation for over 30 years, what sets Simon and the office apart from their competition is their consistency and discipline, and their desire to be upstanding members of the community and the go-to voices for real estate for the inner-north.

Working closely with Stafford and Stafford Height’s leading agent, Dean Hamilton, this award-winning team continues to deliver the suburb’s highest prices. Selling over 100 properties annually, most importantly, the team continues to service new and existing clients alike with their energy and commitment.

While at LJ Hooker Stafford, Simon has proven to be highly skilled at property marketing, research, negotiations, and client relations making him a great asset to the sales team.

Prior to working in the industry, Simon spent 10 years working in hospitality, where he acquired his strong focus and work ethic, as well as his customer service mentality. He also has a Bachelor of Arts with first class honours from the University of Queensland, graduating with perfected writing and visual thinking skills.

Simon has many fond memories of growing up in Kedron. Having attended the suburb’s local primary and secondary school he knows the area well and has enjoyed seeing the northern suburbs develop and grow.
