Award-winning agent and auctioneer Sophie Broadbent knows real estate inside and out. She has worked in the industry she loves for 19 years, experiencing all facets of the trade. Her expertise and outstanding results won her the Novice Auctioneer of the Year award in 2006. At that time she was only the third female to win the respected title. 

Sophie has also completed a Property Degree at RMIT providing her with exceptional industry knowledge from the very beginning. Sophie´s enthusiasm for her work stems from a desire to excel and achieve the high standards she sets for herself. She is quick to take control of the sales process once given the brief and works tirelessly for every client. 

Open and honest communication is part of that service as well as providing a clear plan of action. An ability to negotiate effectively is another strength of Sophie´s. This skill flows from her easy going and approachable manner which quickly puts people at ease.
