Suzanna comes from a mix of Korean and Australian family of businessmen and women, where she had an extremely busy childhood.
She was a child/teen model, beauty pageant contestant, figure skater and Latin dancer. By the time Suzanna had finished her VCE studies, she had competed in state and national championships and accumulated a large collection of trophies and medals.
It is this upbringing that had established her hardworking approach to work. No job is too small. Whatever Suzanna puts her mind to, she will go above and beyond and dedicate 110% of her energy.
Suzanna studied a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Philosophy and Literature. During her studies, she travelled across Europe where she developed a love for people, culture, languages and communication. Suzanna speaks 3 languages, Japanese, Korean and English.
Whilst studying for her degree, Suzanna also worked in a well known luxury brand. She built up a clientele whereby she was selling the highest number of perfumes in Melbourne Central.
Shortly after purchasing her first home at 22 years old, Suzanna began her career in real estate as a Leasing consultant in 2019.
Only 4 months into her role, she was quickly promoted to a Senior position where she led and managed the leasing team. Suzanna and her colleagues won several leasing awards over consecutive months, whereby they were leasing out properties with an average 2-3 days on the market.
It was through this introduction to leasing that Suzanna quickly discovered her passion for rentals.
Suzanna also worked in sales, where she helped clients sell / purchase multi-million dollar homes in the Glen and Wantirna. However it is during this time that Suzanna realised that she loves rentals more.
Suzanna joined the Glen Waverley office as a property manager.
The fast paced nature of property management excites her and she loves to problem solve. Suzanna loves to help people and she doesn’t shy away from the complex problems that often arise from property management.
Suzanna’s experience in customer service and her friendly, bubbly personality ensures that staff and clients alike are always well looked after.
For 6 years now, Suzanna has been married to her high school sweetheart. With her husband who is a licensed trade and works in Maintenance, together they have purchased and sold multiple investments, renovated and leased out their own property. Suzanna understands the clients needs firsthand and delivers exceptional results in her working life. She also loves to learn and asks her husband and others in his industry many questions to increase her knowledge in building and maintenance.
Suzanna has 2 children, Rose 4 years, and Lily 2 years old. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, volunteering at her local church, singing in the choir or playing with the children at Sunday school, giving back to the locals or in another setting, sitting by the pool side reading rich literature.
