Suzy brought her first agency at the age of 19 and since then has built her business to 2 separate offices in Townsville.

Suzy broke away from the traditional agency and founded The Rental Managers. In those 20 years Suzy has continued to grow her business and show her passion for property management.

So strong is Suzy’s reputation, and that of her agency The Rental Managers, that more than 364 investors placed their properties in Suzy’s care in one year.

Suzy has developed a trusted name for protecting and managing the most valuable assets owned by her clients from around Australia.

But Suzy knows all too well that being a considerate property manager means more than just performing occasional property inspections and sending out monthly reports.
