Sylvia began her real estate career in 2017, where she quickly gained real-world experience in the industry through working across the many business units. From property management, leasing, reception duties, client relationship management to the end-to-end process of property sales.

While exploring all the different aspects in real estate, Sylvia realised her strength and passion in selling homes across Perth. She finds great satisfaction is fulfilling buyers’ dreams while focusing on the delivery of optimum results for the seller.

Sylvia joined the amazing family-knit team at CVue as a Property Sales Consultant, with a portfolio throughout Subiaco. Her favourite memories of Subiaco include weekend visits to the Subi Markets with her twins to seek the wonderful treasures it had to offer, listening to live music and enjoying multi-cultural cuisines available. You’ll often see her walking around the Subi Primary School Markets buying her sourdough every Saturday.

Sylvia’s ability to connect with people from all walks of life stems from the joy she feels when sharing stories of special moments in their homes, and the next big thing in their future life plans. She’s a great fit for those looking to move forward with their property plans, with a supportive, open and reliable approach to relationship building.

Specifically, she takes great pleasure in helping vendors prepare their property to sell, from decluttering and styling, to openly and flexibly discussing the full sales process and contracts involved.

Outside of work, Sylvia’s favourite pastimes include cooking, gardening, walks, movies, sipping on French Champagne, shopping and being the best mother to my twins!
