Growing up in the Eastern Suburbs & with a strong passion for the local area, Tamarra Kennedy is an integral member of the Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach team.

Tamarra has been with the Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach office for 4 years now and begun her career in a receptionist role and was recently awarded the 2022 National Winner for Most Outstanding Property Management Support. She was also awarded Richardson & Wrench 2020 Winner Most Outstanding Receptionist. During her receptionist role she provided a highly appreciated experience to all who walked through the RWBB doors. She is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has progressed into the property management team, meaning leasing & assisting the property managers with marketing, maintenance & communicating with tenants & prospecting tenants.

Tamarra is known for her strong work ethic and exceptional customer service. She is extremely accommodating & ensures all clients of the RWBB network are treated with the upmost professionalism. Possessing a high attention to detail she understands the essential factors of property management for both landlords and tenants and is very focused on all aspects of her role and her ability to provide landlords with a high-quality choice of tenants and assisting tenants in finding their dream rental.
