Tamika moved to Darwin from Perth, WA in 2019 for a change of scenery. She started her career in the real estate industry at 19 years old as a Junior Receptionist. After just eight months in the role, they saw her potential and keen interest in Property Management and Tamika was offered a promotion to Assistant Property Manager.

Tamika is now managing in her own independent portfolio and enjoying her time at Raine & Horne. Tamika prides herself on being able to build positive working relationships between landlords and tenants with her kind and friendly approach. She understands that an investment property is an asset to the Landlord and how important it is to look after it and treat it like her own.

Tamika loves Darwin for its laid-back lifestyle, year-round warm weather, and the many things to see and do. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, swimming at the waterfalls, cooking, trying different cuisines, and going out to socialise with friends.
