As Director, Tara's strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in the business's growth, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and consistently delivering outstanding results.
Tara’s vast experience across all facets of the real estate industry, from residential sales and property management to rural properties and commercial investments, sets her apart. Beyond the Office
Outside of real estate, Tara is a proud and devoted mum to six children. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures the time spent creating memories with her husband, Behn Monley, and their children. Behn is a successful local businessman in his own right, the Founder, Owner, and Operator of Dubbo Landscaping and the Landscape Centre. Between them, the dynamic duo manages three successful Dubbo-based businesses, solidifying their deep roots and commitment to the community.
