Tayla spent the first 21 years of her life on the Gold Coast and was working as a barista before she felt the need to pursue a career with progression. She spotted a traineeship in NSW and moved to Howlong to start her career with us, falling in love with the region quickly.

And while Tayla describes herself as an introvert, the truth is that living and working in the regions is the optimal environment for her. She loves working closely with people and thrives on making enduring connections with clients.

Tayla is passionate about her career and now has a licence on both sides of the border.

Time away from work is all about rest and recuperation. It’s usually spent hanging with her spoodle Ralph, absorbing a Colleen Hoover thriller novel or three, listening to a podcast, or purchasing indoor plants. She’s a little obsessed with the latter (her house is laden with them) so don’t forget to ask her for recommendations if you’re on the hunt too.

Finally, no word of a lie, she legitimately likes to spend time making sure everything at home is where it should be. I repeat – Tayla is the kind of Sales Director you want on your side.
