As the husband-and-wife duo of Bailey Devine Real Estate, Terry and Lynne Bailey have proved to be absolutely unstoppable. Since meeting in England decades ago, the pair have settled in Perth and forged a beautiful family together, and now, a new Real Estate company.

With Terry’s years of experience in the Armed Forces and Police Service in the UK, and Lynne’s previous career working for the army and in sales and administrative roles, the two have combined their valuable life experience and skills to become a dynamic, life-long team. As the acting voice, Terry is always looking out for his team, and Lynne is always lending a hand wherever needed.

They have both been selling properties for eleven years and during that time have won many awards, including twice winning the prestigious REIWA Master Salesperson title. They are extremely passionate about the Real Estate industry, working with people to help them achieve their dream of home ownership and assisting clients in developing wealth creation through effective property investing.

With Terry’s disposition for sales and communication, and Lynne’s can-do attitude and thoughtful nature, every day is a new adventure for the couple – whose individual strengths come together to amplify each other’s success. They work with total dedication and professionalism and always in the best interest of their clients.

Lynne and Terry have always worked closely together and complement each other perfectly. They both have very strong moral standards and live and work with total honesty and integrity. Family is very important to them and their life outside of Real Estate revolves around the children, two grandkids, extended family, friends, fun and laughter.
