Hello, My name is TERRY SHELLY, I am a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and I live in the exciting tropical city of Townsville where I have owned property for over 10 years.
With a background in Commerce and Science including overseas manufacturing, international trade and marketing I entered the Real Estate Industry. At the same time channelling into the Hospitality sector, purchasing, operating and re-selling hotels for over 25 years while still involved in my other real estate ventures.
In 2017 I exited all other interests and have since devoted myself entirely to the Townsville and regions Real Estate Market, covering sales in all aspects including vacant residential and rural land, as well as units, villas, suburban homes and executive homes on mini acreage. I work closely with my clients to present their properties in the best possible light for sale and have established a history of higher than hoped prices and quick sales all within a minimal marketing budget framework.
