Our Owner and Principal, Amber Fox, started in real estate in 2001 and has serviced the Sunshine Coast in a very family oriented manner since then enjoying constant repeat and referral clientele. In 2008 she took over the independent agency she worked for, and bought into one of the major franchise groups in 2011 until she sold her business in 2015 to have some more time with her family. But … when it’s in your blood it’s in your blood so in 2017, Amber could no longer resist the grip real estate had on her and decided she could be a mother of children and a mother of real estate 😊 all at the same time! 

Of course, Amber had to ask herself the hard question. Does she buy another franchise or start up her own brand? Given she had experienced both being independent and being part of an international brand, she knew well the strengths and weaknesses of both, and thus has decided to launch her own brand purely because she believes that the service doesn’t change because of the branding you sit under, and if anything, the corporate requirement of the larger brands can be inhibiting when you just want to be about selling or managing property the best way for the client, rather than what the brand “mandates”.

As an agency, we are proud to offer a boutique family style of service caring about the individual and exceeding their real estate expectations. We consider regular communication to be an integral part of our service and conduct ourselves at all times with integrity. So much so, we give a written guarantee of our service levels so that all our clients know what to expect. In other words, we commit to delivering a service that is purely in “a league of its own”!
