A seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in strategic business management in a client-focused leadership role, Tim Breadmore brings a wealth of skills to his role of Sales Consultant with Prentice Real Estate.

Hailing from a prestigious background in the thoroughbred racing industry, Tim has experience closing multimillion dollar bloodstock transactions for high-profile breeders in Australia and Asia, sourcing and negotiating closure of large properties, strategic planning, liaising with government officials on zoning and implementing infrastructure, while also managing capital, market research and advertising campaigns.

Tim has also held the position of the Business Development Manager in the Middle East for Fender Katsalidis, one of Australia’s leading architecture firms, where he introduced architects to over 500 companies, developers, family business houses and government agencies and authorities.

For the past decade, Tim has tightly honed his skillset to the real estate industry, having privately invested and divested a number of properties, while also being accredited with a REIV CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services.

Tim has spent much of his life living and holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula. As a member of the Sorrento Golf Club and the Portsea Surf Life Saving Club, he has established deep relationships with established families across many generations, concreting a very firm foundation for his position with Prentice Real Estate.
