A fifth generation resident in the Lower Hunter area, Tim is very dedicated & enthusiastic with proven negotiation skills and an excellent understanding of his client’s needs.

Commencing at Peters Real Estate in 1993 before taking over the management of Jack Peters Real Estate which then became Peters Real Estate in 1996.

Tim has spent 37 rewarding years selling real estate in the Hunter Valley, and most importantly for the family business founded by his parents, Jack & Irene Peters 50 years ago. In the last 5 years Tim has shifted focus towards the marketing of land estates, which has seen him sell more land than any other agent in the Hunter Valley.

Having sold a number of residential & lifestyle properties over the years for several generations of various families, Tim’s inimitable combination of industry acumen, market expertise and professional wisdom underlines his clear vision for excellence. His own work ethic drives a team-wide culture promoting impeccable client service.

A skilled communicator, negotiator and sales agent, after all these years Tim still has the drive, passion and enthusiasm he had when he started his career in Real Estate in 1983.

A proud Louth Park resident, Tim enjoys spending time with his family – wife Kate and their three sons, Edward, Benjamin & James. On his days away from the office you will generally find Tim seeking adventures - trekking, sailing and snow skiing or tending to his sheep & cattle.
