About Toby Gray - Real Estate Agent

Originally from Gippsland, I moved to Bendigo 25 years ago and have called it home ever since. I am married and have two very spoilt Labradors who all definitely outrank me in the household. 

I spent 18 years in the hospitality industry both owning and operating multiple businesses, and have found that the customer service, communication and people skills I learned in hospitality translated well to real estate.

Communication is a major component of the buying and selling process, and I pride myself on my high level of communication to ensure both vendors and purchasers are fully informed throughout the sale process, and that the transaction is as seamless and enjoyable for all involved through my high energy and professional approach.

Having completed a Business Marketing degree at La Trobe University my passion for marketing has only escalated since joining the real estate industry.

Marketing a home to ensure it reaches the largest audience and attracts the highest number of prospective buyers is the key to a successful campaign.

I tailor a custom marketing strategy to each home to ensure that the property is given every opportunity to achieve the best result. I believe this is extremely important as every home, every vendor, and every situation is unique.

I am extremely proud of my achievements in real estate so far, helping hundreds of people buy and sell their homes and, in some circumstances, truly changing lives in the process due to exceptional results.

I was recognised in 2022 as an Alan White Elite Performer (top 11% of agents Australia Wide) and I look forward to continuing to grow as an agent with Bendigo Real Estate in 2023 and beyond.
