Licensed Agent, Todd Forrest, is a long-time local living on the Sunshine Coast for in excess of 40 years, and in this time has built a solid network throughout the business and wider community; so passionate about this region, he ran for Division 4 for in the 2020 local council elections.

With 25 years’ experience operating sporting facilities and event management; Todd works extremely well under pressure, can seamlessly adapt to change, and is a visionary…he is always looking ahead, whilst still mindful and focussed on the job in hand.

Energetic and driven, with highly-developed marketing skills, Todd is also a warm and engaging communicator; an absolute ‘natural fit’ for a successful career in real estate, an industry that revolves just as much around building and nurturing relationships than it does on bricks and mortar.

When not working, Todd enjoys surfing, gym, beach volleyball, and soccer.
