About Tom Andrews - Real Estate Agent

Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 27 years’ experience and is a Practicing Member of the REIQ. From 2006 to 2013 he accepted the position of Sales Manager specialising in Retirement Living and had the privilege and responsibility of bringing a new Lifestyle/Retirement Village out of the ground in Beaconsfield, Mackay. During this time, he attained the position of Sales Team Leader for the Wide Bay, Central, Western and North Queensland Regions. In 2014 he returned to General Real Estate.

I am a highly ambitious and dedicated Sales Executive who is results-driven and thrives at achieving and exceeding company goals and objectives. I have extensive experience in Sales management of Residential, Rural Residential and Retirement Living within the Real Estate and Retirement Industries and continuously deliver a high level of strategic strategies to clients and employer.

I am attentive to detail and effectively work toward completing projects within highly demanding deadlines and specified budgets. Due to my personal approach, I have also established successful relationships with key stakeholders.

My exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable me to excel in a team environment and build positive internal client relationships. I am an inspirational leader who looks to motivate and empower my team to reach and exceed individual and team KPIs.

I am always looking to engage in new projects in which I can utilise my existing expertise and continue professional development, ideally by leading larger departments. I enjoy stimulating work environments and professional challenges.
