The Gradys first opened their own business in 1980 with Real Estate and Machinery Auctions and for many years conducted Livestock Auctions in the Gympie district.

In 1986 Tom and Lyn commenced selling Rural Merchandise and today have 2 top rural stores in Gympie servicing an area of approximately 30,000 people.

Primary Industries serviced include: dairying, beef, small crops, timber, tree crops, cane, pineapples etc.

The Gradys stock a huge range of Rural Merchandise including: stock feeds, fertilizer, seed, fencing materials, chemicals, work clothing, work and dress boots including safety lines.
