The longest serving agent in Point Cook, Tony started selling home and land packages as a 22 year old in 1994 and made his first sale in the Point Cook precinct in 1996. His eagerness and passion for Point Cook and its surrounds is clearly still there today.

Dedicated to helping his clients sell and buy property with professionalism and experienced guidance, Tony opened the doors to Barry Plant Point Cook in 2005, with Barry Plant himself training him in auctioneering. An award-winning agent, believes the success of his auctions is due to the team-orientated auction strategy. His staff are all writing down the bids, helping buyers with their concerns and creating a transparent space. Buyers feel comfortable enough to bid with confidence, knowing exactly where the bidding is upto.

In the office, Tony’s role continues to involve listing and selling property, but is also about leadership and mentorship for his growing staff. Tony believes that continuous professional development is the key to running a successful real estate agency.

Our greatest success comes from our clients’ referrals, which is important in a well-connected community like Point Cook.” Tony works across both the sales and rentals departments, ensuring all his staff are up to date with market strategies, market trends, technology, legislation and their customer service skills.

Conservative in his approach, Tony is conventional for the purpose of providing security and protection for his clients. “After all, we are usually dealing with their biggest asset.” He is a very attentive and caring agent.

Having spent many years living in Point Cook and still residing in the west, Tony is a dad to three children, enjoys cooking, getting out into the community with his family and into the sporting culture.
