About Tracey Freestone - Real Estate Agent

With 30 years in the real estate industry behind her, a sub agents license and many courses in residential and commercial at REIV, Tracey currently a Property Manager at our St Kilda office, has a vast amount of experience in all things real estate.

She started in reception, spent some time working in an accounting firm doing trust accounting and tax returns, moved into sales and leasing of commercial property and following that residential rental property management. So whether it’s advising people on how to negotiate bonds and avoid VCAT when their rental properties have been damaged or advice on how to best maintain their rental properties or negotiate a better deal – from commercial to residential and everything else in between, Tracey’s got it covered.

Tracey’s diverse experience also means that over the years she’s learnt the art of interacting with all types of people in all types of situations. It’s this diversity that she loves most about the real estate industry.

When Tracey’s not attending to our clients needs or inspecting properties of all types (one of her favourite parts of the job), she loves spending time with her two gorgeous daughters - Jasmine and Isabelle. As a single mum, she’s always on the run, so when time permits, she enjoys some well deserved down time - watching a good movie, going out to nice restaurant or just relaxing by the pool.
