Tracey began her Real Estate career in 2013 and recently enjoyed being the Centre Manager of Orana Mall which is one of the largest retail shopping centres in the Central West. Tracey also has extensive experience in property matters having completed her Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and practised as an unrestricted Licensed Conveyancer in a local law firm for around twenty (20) years until 2013. She was the very first Licensed Conveyancer In Dubbo!
During her time as a Licensed Conveyancer, she developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of conveyancing matters whether It be large scale property developments or one off sales and purchases, residential leasing, retail and commercial leasing and Real Property Act, Strata Titles Act or Community Title Act subdivisions. Tracey also enjoyed her time as the Centre Manager at Orana Mall where she enjoyed working the various business owners who leased premises in the Centre. She also gained valuable marketing experience on the latest digital trends and organising events at the Centre. She Is now eager to utilised that experience In the family business.
Tracey was born and raised in the Coonabarabran District and loves living in the country. She has three lovely children and three beautiful grandchildren.
