Tracie has been part of the Ray White business since 1999 and took the reins to Ray White Parkes in 2006 and has both relocated and grown the business to now have 4 agencies, over 20 staff and almost 1000 properties under management.

Over the years Tracie and her staff have been the recipients of many prestigious awards including number 1 sales for the region, the state, and multiple qualifications as an 'Elite Performer'.

Tracie holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Charles Sturt University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Business a Master Of Business Administration (MBA) completing a research project in order to gain her Masters Degree in Business Management. She holds many other qualifications including a Certificate IV in Property Services, Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Cert IV in Training and Assessing and Certificates in Coaching & Mentoring and Nero Linguistic Programming. Tracie is a licenced Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, Business Agent, Auctioneer and accredited Commercial Agent. She speaks 2 languages and is a serving board member for the Real Estate Institute's Country Chapter, Regional Development Australia, Parkes Chamber of Commerce and has recently accepted the position of Chair for the Country Universities Centre Parkes. She loves gardening and is also a volunteer for the NSW Wildlife Rescue Service (Wires).
