His previous roles, including Sales Director and Managing Director at Val Morgan Cinema Network, have instilled in him a deep understanding of sales strategy, process and negotiation.

A native of Northeast England, Tristan has a rich background of international work experience in both the UK and Australia, bringing a unique global perspective to his current role.

Located in the Mornington Peninsula, Tristan values the area for its strong sense of community, lifestyle opportunities and proximity to Melbourne. He's all about delivering positive sales outcomes and a seamless client experience from start to finish, aiming for a journey you'd eagerly undertake again with him.
