After Craig's decorated career as a Detective in the NSW Police Force, with Karen's support, and both raising a two-year-old with one on the way, he dived into the choppy waters of entrepreneurialism - starting a business from scratch and running another to make ends meet. For the next 6 years they built, bought and ran a series of businesses.

Then a family move to Queensland, leading to a life-changing meeting with a friend/former NSW Cop turned Real Estate Agent, saw Craig put on the snorkel again and splash into the world of Real Estate Sales. Soon after, Karen came on board as Craig's PA - helping Craig to provide excellent results for hundreds of happy clients, build a great reputation and gain recognition with industry awards.

'Team Heppell' went on to open their own successful agency and create a leading online property portal - responsible for over $1.5bn worth of property sales in Qld and Australia wide.

Now with their second 'sea change' to Tassie in 2018, The Team is back together enjoying the fantastic North West lifestyle and serving a wonderful community - whilst doing what they do best and love; helping people make the right move.

Having met on a blind date almost 30 years ago, Craig and Karen now have three grown sons. Craig is a sports nut and keeps himself fit with regular workouts and walking, whilst Karen loves to create, decorate and renovate - and dote on their two fur babies, Wompa and Shadow.
