Unit on Watkins Street Aspendale available for a minimum of 1 year. Unit has one connecting wall, (last of 4 units). Less than 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Melbourne. About 500 - 600 metres to a very vibrant Mordialloc shopping strip and the Bridge/Doyles Hotel. One bedroom plus study/bedroom. One good sized bathroom with toilet, but there is a second toilet in the laundry. Also note there is a back gated entrance with an outdoor hot shower for beach returns.
Place is furnished with appliances. Late model gas heater is very good.
Stairs are steel spiral that coil into a glass brick feature. not suitable for small children.
I am doing a light renovation currently so the place will not be available until the 22nd of September. Photo shows a ratty strip of garden which will be stripped and replanted in the next few weeks.
I have ticked pets allowed, but really prefer small pets only. There is a large cat flap fitted to the back door.
Garden shed is small and will have tools and paint stored in there. I'll try to leave some room.
Cutlery and crockery available but consider it disposable as it will be replaced on my return.
Raised pond in the back courtyard which I can turn into a raised garden bed if preferred.
Idealy prefer middle aged woman, either single or with one teenage child. Sorry if this sounds descriminatory, but have had bad experiences with 20 and 30 somethings who party hard and damage property.
Have Youtube premium and Stan subscription services which I will maintain. Also about 300 DVD movies.
