Vince is a third generation Italian-Australian who speaks fluent Italian. His family has been involved in the local community since his grandfather settled in Shepparton in the 1920's.

He has strong connections in the local fruit industry and his family name is very well known throughout the Goulburn Valley.

Vince also has a strong business background.

His business ventures have seen Vince develop a large network of friendships and business associates.
