In approximately the year 2001, the premises was sold to become new commercial shops and residential apartments in which, still to this day, is named “Vivian’s Corner”.Unfortunately, Craig; a few years later tragically was to pass away from cancer and in 2015 the Vivian’s family name was to re-emerge through Gill and Trent Vivian but in the form of a local boutique real estate agency called Vivian’s Real Estate with the goal of continuing the reputation the family name had established for so many yearspreviously.Vivian’s Real Estate Is A Boutique Agency In The Western Suburbs - Established In 2015.Vivian’s Real Estate is known as one of the leading, trusted family owned real estate companies in the Western Suburbs.
