Having grown up in a family of real estate developers, Vivienne has property in her blood. After achieving her Bachelor of Accounting degree, Vivienne worked for a construction company before moving into the real estate industry in 2017, to work as a property manager at Element Realty.Vivienne provides exceptional property management services, ensuring communication between the owner and tenant is streamlined, minimising stress for all parties. She constantly works to save money for the landlord and only spend it when necessary, often identifying the solution to an issue before it escalates into a problem.Her role includes receipting rent transactions in the trust account, organising all types of repairs and maintenance at properties, including arranging quotes, paying expenses on behalf of landlords, regularly communicating with landlords and tenants, updating the landlord on the status of their property, sorting out tenant’s issues, carrying out routine inspections and outgoing inspections for the return of the bond.Vivienne has established a strong reputation for being an efficient and effective property manager who treats every property as though it were her own.
