Born in Macedonia and moving to Australia in 1994 with his family when he was only 8 years old as his father wanted a better life for them. Vlad’s first taste of Australia was a small town of Southern Cross where it reached 50 degrees during the day and sometimes below 0 degrees at night, it was a reality hit from the lushes mountains and beautiful lakes of Europe. Him and his family were also the only foreigners in the town, so the language barrier was immense. Vlad realised that the only way to strive in Australia is to work hard and never give up but also never forget where you came from!
From the moment you meet Vlad, you will instantly feel his passion for Real Estate. He bought his 1st block when he was 18, eventually building and selling it a year later. Vlad then purchased and sold several properties moving up in the property ladder and learning a lot during the process.
Vlad’s other passion cars, lead him to start his own company in 2008, which grew very quickly and synonymous in the car enthusiast community. He utilised the latest online tools to grow the business from nothing to nearly $500,000 worth of sales in the second year. The company still runs today autonomously, testimony to the structure initially set up and the platform created by Vlad. In 2014 Vlad started his passion in real estate with a boutique agency alongside one of the biggest selling agents in WA in which he developed the skills to excel in his real estate career. With his previous successful business platform and property knowledge, Vlad quickly become the top agent in the area during the toughest real estate market ever recorded in WA. Working a long side the most respected leaders in real estate, Vlad has now progressed to become one of the most knowledgeable practitioners in a very short period of time.
