For Walter, real estate is all about the ongoing relationships he forms with his clients. “I’m very loyal by nature, so I really go all out to give every assistance possible to my vendors.”

It’s an approach that’s served him well in his 30 years in the business and one he’s continued to pursue since he became a Director in 2003.

Living in Lower Plenty and working throughout Banyule, Diamond Valley & Nillumbik, Walter has always believed that these are idyllic neighbourhoods in which to live and work. “It’s quiet, peaceful and it’s safe,” says Walter.

“You have so many facilities conveniently close, but ultimately it’s the people who make the area great. I’m involved in the Viewbank Tennis Club and we share a great sense of community.”
