In 2004 Sandy became a partner in the business and assumed the position of Licensee in Charge. In November 2013 Sandy took over full ownership and control of Warburton Estate Agents. In July 2015 the Scone office opened at 141 Kelly Street headed by Sarah Lorden and making Warburton Estate Agents the only agency with offices in both Muswellbrook and Scone bringing access to the area’s largest buyer network.
